Policy
Gary Dunne allows audio taping at almost every live performance. He feels that each show is unique and wants to offer his fans the opportunity to recreate the live experience through the audio reproduction of his shows. No soundboard or power feeds are provided. Taping is limited to audio-only, using only microphones. Please, no wireless receivers. Gary sincerely appreciates all of his fans, so we ask that you please be considerate of those around you by not obstructing anyone else's view of the performance.

All recordings must be used for personal use or non-profit trading only. Selling or commercializing any recording is illegal. Unauthorized sale, duplication and/or distribution is strictly forbidden. All Gary's performances and recordings are the exclusive property of Gary Dunne. All rights reserved. The privileges to record Gary's performances set forth in this policy constitute an express, revocable license. He reserves the right to withdraw his sanction of recording, tape trading, and/or non commercial digital audio file transfers on a case specific basis or in general, as he deems necessary. No waiver of any copyright or trademark right is intended.
